Rates

$48 per hour, per assistant. Includes typical Personal / Administrative / Organizational services, as well as most coordination tasks. One (1) hour minimum required per service request, then billed in quarter hour (15 minute) increments.

 

Packages

Package plans offer discounted rates and allow you to maximize our services on an ongoing basis. These packages were designed to simplify access to our services and allow you to choose among various levels of assistance. By placing us on monthly retainer, you gain access to priority scheduling.

  • CONVENIENCE PLAN – $450/Month – Ten (10) hours per month, additional hours charged at standard rate.
  • ZEN PLAN – $840/Month – Twenty (20) hours per month, additional hours charged at standard rate.
  • STRESS MANAGEMENT PLAN – $1400/Month – Thirty-five (35) hours a month. Turn over your basic monthly needs to us. Additional hours charged at standard rate
  • CUSTOM PLANS – Some clients desire additional or long term assistance for themselves or a loved one, or may need access to us or our partners on a demanding schedule. Please let us know if we can design a plan and rate that meets your needs.

Package Plans are accounted for by calendar month, and are not carried over month-to-month. Partial starting monthly services will be prorated. These plans require pre-payment each month and require thirty (30) days notice of cancellation or change (cancellations will not be prorated). Service Time Overage on monthly Package Plans is billed at the hourly overage rate that applies to the enrolled plan.

 

FAQ

HOME CARE SERVICES

Includes light duty handyman services, assembly services, and construction / contractor management. One (1) hour minimum required per service request, then billed in quarter hour (15 minute) increments. Our assistant usually remains on site while handyman is working, unless directed otherwise by client.

 

PARTY, EVENT & MEETING PLANNING SERVICES

Custom rates billed hourly, or negotiated by event.

 

MILEAGE

Requests that require transportation to/from any location include 5 miles at no cost, and then incur $0.25 per mile thereafter. Mileage is calculated from your Assistant’s point of origin.

 

EXPENSES & OTHER CHARGES

Requests and services requiring communication by phone or email are billed in quarter hour (15 minute) increments. Client is responsible for reimbursement of any additional charges/expenses related to the service. Receipts will always be provided by Assistant. Some services may require deposit or prepayment.

 

SERVICE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to agreed upon time, or will be subject to a fee.

 

HOURS OF SERVICE

Monday through Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday & Sunday by appointment only
Additional fees will apply after-hours, weekends, holidays, and for expedited services.
