It’s officially 2013! Happy New Year!
Now is the time when we are supposed to make some resolutions in our lives to better us for the coming year. I have never made an official New Year’s resolution list before now, but I feel it is necessary for me to do in order for me to follow through with them. I encourage you to put your New Year’s Resolution in writing as well, and post it on a surface where you are bound to see it everyday. I’m posting mine here so that it can be a public reminder to me to strive towards them:
Here are my resolutions for 2013:
1). Publish a new blog post at least once a week. (Now I really have no excuse since I just downloaded the WordPress app!)
2). Go to the gym at least twice a week (that would be more than I go now which is zero times a week!)
3). Check off one item on my personal bucket list.
There you have it! It may not seem like much but I want to be realistic about my resolutions by not setting ridiculous expectations for myself. I’d rather exceed my goals than miss them completely.
