This past week was really incredible! It was a week full of so many wonderful new things. I picked up my new glasses, I started a new journey in a new class at a new school, and my favorite ‘new’ of this whole week is I have a new niece!
I got the call around 4:00 Tuesday just as I was about to clock in at my second job. “Maggie, I think it’s time!” I had to quickly call and cancel my appointments for the day and head over to my sister’s house to pick up her sons and bring them home with me for the night. It was so exciting! The next morning I brought the boys back home to meet their new baby sister. It was so special being able to share the moment of them meeting her for the first time. Even though it’s been such a wonderful week, I’m really happy today is Friday. I need to catch up on so many daily routine things I haven’t had the chance to do- like grocery shopping! (we seriously can’t live off of frozen burritos or Chipotle any longer). I also have some homework to do! Ahh!
