Five Wins of the Week

Sep 8, 2020Five Wins

I used to do a series here called Weekly Highlights, which was a collection of photos from the past week posted on Fridays. It was a fun way to wrap up the week and share what I was looking forward to in the upcoming weekend.

Today I’ve decided to start this series again calling it Five Wins, but this time I plan to post on Mondays. These “wins of the week” are snapshots taken from last week to get this week started on a positive note. I hope you enjoy!

The first image above is a sweet moment I captured of Rosie and Brandon on the couch together. Rosie will often hang her head over the edge and participate in whatever we are doing in the dining area or kitchen.

One of my new construction clients signed their contract in February right before everything shut down because of Covid. They were finally able to finish their selections this past August and soon after their foundation was poured! Definitely a huge win for them.

After several days of negotiations, my clients’ offer was accepted on this gorrrrgeous house above. Not only are they purchasing this house, almost all of the furniture is included.

I scored this mirror on Facebook Marketplace for $40 to cover the triangular shaped hole that was in the wall for over 5 years on our staircase.

My buyers made an offer on this beautifully restored house in Schenectady. Hoping to know soon if we are moving forward!!
