If the thought of transforming your space gives you anxiety or keeps you up at night, then you found the right gal to take those worries off your plate. There are few things that excite me more than going into a home and revamping the space for photos. The way we live and the way we stage our homes to sell are completely different. My job is to help you modify your space so that when buyers look at photos of your space they want to immediately come see it in person. Keep in mind that once the photos of your home have been published on the internet, they will be there forever. This is why I advise clients to think carefully about what is in their space before those photos go live.
WHY STAGING WORKS
Did you know that staged homes sell faster and for a higher price when they are staged as opposed to left vacant? Did you also know that staged rooms actually look bigger than if a room was left empty? When selling a home, you want buyers to be able to visualize how their furniture will work in each room which is why I use actual furniture and neutral colors. Actual furniture allows potential buyers to visualize and feel what the space will be like while they are physically there. This is a key element that is missing if a home was virtually staged or left vacant. I’ve helped homeowners who listed vacant homes unsuccessfully get multiple offers after staging and listing with me.
