Well it looks like spring is springing! This week I noticed some early signs in the beautiful violet colored flowers that are blooming in front of my house. What a beautiful time of year this is! We’ve been especially fortunate here in upstate New York to have had such a mild winter compared to years past. Remember last year when the cold lingered for sooo long?
This past week has been incredibly productive. I’ve been working with a variety of clients both on the listing side and on the buying side. I have a new client I began showing houses to this week. She’s in her 70’s, and has never purchased a home before. Oh yeah, and she doesn’t own a computer! It’s been a great learning opportunity for me, and I’m thrilled to be helping her through this new experience.
As for our house, Brandon and I spent most of our time continuing to work on our fireplace. I’ll have an update to share with you soon about that. This weekend I’m really looking forward to spending time with my sister-in-law tomorrow and I’m hosting an Open House on Sunday for one of my listings.
